Discover the enchanting canals of Tortuguero by power boat. We offer both early morning and afternoon tours, each lasting approximately 2 hours. Transportation to and from the lodge is included.

Tortuguero Canals - Canoe Tour
Explore the jungle canals and dense tropical rainforest of Tortuguero in the most eco-friendly way possible! Navigate smaller creeks and hidden spots inaccessible to larger boats. This tour lasts about 2 hours and includes transportation to and from the lodge.

Tortuguero Mountain - Guided Hike
Begin with a short boat ride, then enjoy a guided hike up Tortuguero’s mountain. Spot monkeys, blue jean frogs, and lush jungle before reaching the highest lookout, where you’ll enjoy stunning views of the canals, village, and ocean. The tour lasts approximately 2 hours.

Sea Turtle Nesting - Guided Tour
Witness Atlantic Green sea turtles nesting on Tortuguero’s beaches from mid-June to early November. While beaches are closed to the public at night, small groups of visitors can safely observe the turtles and nesting process guided by specialists. Transportation and entrance sticker are included. Reservations must be made by 3:00 PM.
